John is known for making everyone feel welcomed and cared for in the clinic, making the patient in front of him feel as they are the most important person in the room. John opened my physical therapy practice in Plymouth, Indiana in December 1999 as a fulfillment of dream he has had since starting physical therapy school in 1992. He had an idea of how a physical therapy facility should be operated, with the primary concern being providing the best care for patients. Coming from a background of a hospital based physical therapy clinic after graduation, John soon realized that patients as the primary concern was easily lost in that environment. He put a very high premium on the patient being first and offing the best value for the patient.
John believe in giving one-on-one direct physical therapy care with individualized treatment based on patient needs. We treat the mechanical cause of the symptoms to minimize the recurrence of symptoms through functional movement activities.
Since graduating from University of Indianapolis, Krannert School of Physical Therapy in 1994, John has achieved extensive training in orthopedic physical therapy from the following teachings: McKenzie Institute for treatment of lumbar and cervical spine, McConnell Approach to the Problem Knee, McConnell Approach to the Problem Shoulder, Sahrmann Approach for Diagnosis and Treatment of Movement Impairment Syndromes, Gary Gray’s Chain Reaction Explosion, and Brian Mulligan Manual Therapy Techniques. John remains actively involved in profession of physical therapy to stay abreast of the latest and most innovative treatment approaches.
